The Benefits of Massage

Easing Your Pain while Improving Your Health

Everyone understands that a massage relaxes you. Yet the benefits of massage go beyond relaxation. Regular massage therapy can provide relief from anxiety, digestive disorders, headaches, fibromyalgia, insomnia related to stress, nerve pain, Myofascial pain syndrome, soft tissue strains or injuries, sports injuries and more.

  •  Endurance-athlete massage – Similar to a Swedish massage, but adapted for runners and other endurance sports athletes to help prevent injuries or treat strains and injuries.
  •  Trigger-point massage – Works on regions of tight muscle fibers that form after muscle overuse or injuries.
